井下作业是保证油水井正常高效运行的重要手段,在保障油田“稳产上产”目标方面发挥着非常重要的作用。井下作业是一个非常复杂的过程,涉及的行业和学科较多,而且井下作业种类较多,因此井下作业过程中会存在各种类型数据。在井下数据采集过程中,通常采用多个系统单独采集,导致数据类型的多样化,数据的存储和数据格式都不一致,数据处理的方法各不相同,给井下作业的高效运行带了较大困难。文章设计了一种井下作业数据采集系统,提高井下作业数据的统一性,提高了井下作业数据的可操作性和信息管理水平。通过研究对于提升油田井下作业的效率具有非常重要的作用。
Downhole operation is an important means to ensure the normal and efficient operation of oil and gas wells, and plays a very important role in guaranteeing the goal of “producing oil steadily”. Downhole operation is a very complex process, involving more industries and disciplines, and the types of downhole operations are more, so there will be various types of data in the downhole operation. In the process of downhole data acquisition, multiple systems are usually used to collect data separately, resulting in diversification of data types, inconsistent data storage and data formats and different data processing methods, which bring great difficulty to the efficient operation of downhole operations . This paper designed a downhole operation data acquisition system to improve the uniformity of downhole operation data and improve the operability and information management level of downhole operation data. Through research, it is very important to improve the efficiency of downhole operations in oilfields.
