偏氯乙烯(VDC)共聚物是阻透性特优的材料,广泛用于食品、医药、军需品的包装,我国年耗量约8000t,加工能力超过万吨。但VDC共聚树脂却全部依赖进口,聚合技术也受封锁而无法引进,本课题正是在这一背景下开展研究工作的,是国家自然科学基金“八五”重大项目“化学工程中重大基础研究——传质分离过程与化学反应过程”的课题之一。 VDC均聚物是结晶性聚合物,不熔、不溶,无法加工成膜。但VDC与适量氯乙烯(VC)共聚后,可使结晶度适当降低,熔体流动性增加,加工性能改善,
Vinylidene chloride (VDC) copolymer is a material with excellent barrier properties. It is widely used in the packaging of foodstuffs, medicines and military supplies. China’s annual consumption is about 8000t, and the processing capacity exceeds 10,000 tons. However, all the VDC copolymer resins are imported, and the polymerization technology can not be introduced because of the blockade. It is exactly the subject of this research that we carry out research work in this context. It is a major basic research project in the “Eighth Five-Year” major project of National Natural Science Foundation of China - mass transfer separation process and chemical reaction process "one of the topics. VDC homopolymer is a crystalline polymer, not melting, insoluble, can not be processed into a film.
