卫医政发〔2011〕87号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局:为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于转发发展改革委卫生部等部门关于进一步鼓励和引导社会资本举办医疗机构意见的通知》有关精神,拓宽社会资本举办医疗机构的渠道,进一步完善我国医疗服务体系,满足人民群众的多层次、多样化医疗服务需求,经研究,就专科医院设置审批管理作出以下规定:
