一、命题改革试验的出发点考试常用于检测教学质量和选拔人才。随着教育改革的逐步深入,高中招生考试(包括中专、中技、职高、普高的招生考试,以下简称中考)也要朝科学化方向进展,它应该是:考试要具有较高的信度和效度,试题不能对平时教学产生不良影响,能用常模参照分数较顺利地录取新生。要达到上述要求,搞好命题是主要环节。
