首先要组成一股凝聚力,因为这是一个教研组战斗力强弱的标志。作为教研组长,要善于团结全组教师,调动每一个人的积极性,要促使大家在明确本学科的教学目的任务的基础上去定向发展,要用坦诚的胸怀和敬老爱青的品质把全组教师汇集拢来,切忌嫉贤妒能,离心分力。组长不要用过多的精力去干那种检查教师备课笔记和作业批改情况的蠢事,要尽力帮助教师提高教学质量。
