推动民营企业技术创新是进一步提升经济发展的重要保证。然而技术创新的高风险性使不少民营企业要么望而却步,要么屡战屡败,因此有效地控制和防范民营企业技术创新风险,是保证创新成功的重要方面。文章分析了民营企业技术创新风险因素,即技术、市场、管理、资金、生产和环境等六大因素,并以这六大风险因素作为系统框架,有针对性地提出了如何防范和控制民营企业技术创新风险的机制。
Promote the technological innovation of private enterprises is an important guarantee to further enhance economic development. However, because of the high risk of technological innovation, many private enterprises are either deterred or failed repeatedly. Therefore, effectively controlling and preventing the risk of technological innovation in private enterprises is an important aspect of ensuring the success of innovation. The article analyzes the risk factors of technological innovation in private-owned enterprises, that is, the six major factors of technology, market, management, capital, production and environment.
