国内柴油机产品出厂试验试车全部一直采用固定式台架测试,其生产效率低、能源消耗高、搬运费时多,劳动强度大.常柴股份有限公司大胆地成功地实施了柴油机移动式环形试车生产线的创新技术进步项目,开创了我国柴油机产品出厂试验试车连续循环生产新技术的先例,达到生产高效,节能降耗,搬运方便,操作工人欢迎的效果.本文着重就柴油机移动式环形试车线的结构和功能作了介绍,并对其提高柴油机产品产量、质量、优化生产环境、节能节材的效果进行了评述.
