《新英语课程标准》要求教师“创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与”,“重视从学生的日常生活出发,培养学生实际运用语言的能力”。因此,在日常的英语教学中,教师应努力创设生活化的教学氛围,让学生沉浸其中,潜移默化地受到感染,这样有助于学生用真实的方式来应用所学的知识,同时也认识到所学知识的作用和意义。现以译林小学英语三年级上册Unit4 My family为例,谈谈我是如何将生活融入课堂教学中的。
一、歌曲导入,融入生活
T:Today, there are some new teachers here. Let’s sing a song for them,OK?
以“My family”这首歌导入,直接切入主题“甜蜜的家庭”,从课的一开始就把学生带入生活化的情境中,并以这条主线贯穿整节课,使学生所有的学习都是建立在自己家庭的已有知识储备和经验中,为学生后面的语言输出做好了铺垫。
二、词汇学习,链接生活
1.复习课文,以旧引新。
T:We know Mike has a sweet family. But do you know how many people are there in Mike’s family?and who are they?Do you remember? Look!Who’s this man?
S1:Mike’s father.
T:Oh! He is Mike’s father, read after me , father.(教授father并板书)
(同法教授mother, brother and sister四个课文中已经出现过的单词。)
T:Now, I want to be Mike! I can introduce my family. For example,this is my family ……I love my family. Boys and girls, do you understand?
Ss:Yes!
T:OK!Who wants to introduce Mike’s family?
T:Boys and girls. I think you can introduce Mike’s family very well. You know Mike has a sweet family and he has father, mother, brother, sister , but do you know who else are there in Mike’s family? Let’s listen to Mike!(通過听音猜意的方式教授另外两个课文中没有出现的单词,体现词汇教学的层次性,突出重点)
T:Oh! He’s Mike father’s father. So who is he?
S1:Grandpa.
T:Yes, he is Mike’s grandpa and we also can him grandfather.
T:Next, she’s Mike’s father’s mother. Who’s she?
S2:Grandma.
