【摘要】中共中央国务院《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》中明确提出：“教育必须以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，实施素质教育。” [1]当今社会飞速发展，人才竞争国际化日益激烈，更新教育思想和教育观念，通过教师富有成效的创新教育培养学生的创新能力并使之飞速发展，培养出有创新意识、有创新思维和创新能力的新型人才，已成为当务之急。创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。[2]民族复兴的关键在创新，创新的关键在教育，教育的关键在教师。创新教育的目的，是开发学生的创新能力，而学生创新能力的开发，关键在于教学过程中教师的启发与培养，因此教师对创新教育的实施起着主导作用。在教学中，教师是否采用创新性教育的方法和措施，或者对这种方法和措施的运用是否得当，取决于教师自身是否具有创新性，只有教师富有创造性，并在教学中积极发挥他的创新能力，才可能灵活地运用创新性思维方式和技法，设置富有启发性、创新性的问题，引导学生进行开放性思考，培养学生的创新意识和创新思想。

The innovation is a national progressive soul, is the national prosperous development the drainless power. [2] national revival key in innovation, innovation key in education, education key in teacher. The innovation education’s goal, develops student’s innovation ability, but the student innovation ability’s development, the key lies in the teaching process teacher’s inspiration and the raise, therefore teacher to innovation education implementation leading role. In teaching, teacher whether to use the innovation sex education the method and the measure, or to this method and measure utilization to be whether appropriate, is decided in teacher oneself whether to have the innovation, only then the teacher rich creativity, and gives full play to his innovation ability in the teaching, only then possibly nimbly utilizes the innovative thinking mode and the technique, the establishment rich instructive, the innovative question, guides the student to carry on openness to ponder, raises student’s innovative ideology and innovates the thought.

全面实施科教兴国战略，加速全社会的科技进步，关键是要加强和不断推进知识创新、技术创新。科技创新越来越成为当今社会生产力解放和发展的重要基础和标志，越来越决定着一个国家、一个民族的发展进程。如果不能创新，一个民族就难以兴盛，难以屹立于世界民族之林。[3]
实施创新教育关键在于创新型的教师，创新型教师应具备以下几个方面的素质：
1 高尚的师德，强烈的事业心
这是支配一个人为之奋斗的动力，是具有创新性特征的教师必须要具备的首要条件。有了高尚的师德修养，有了强烈的事业心和责任感，教师才能不断地丰富自己的知识能力，陶冶自己的情操。
2 创新性的教育观念
实现培养学生学会求知，富于创造，具有创新精神和实践能力的教育目标，要求教师转变教育教学观念，在使学生获得扎实知识的同时，着力培养他们独立获取知识、创造性地运用知识的能力。创新性的教育观念要求教师观念系统的角色转换，转变学生观，要面向全体学生去发展每一个学生的创造个性。要求教师树立新的师生观念，构建教学双重主体之间相互尊重、相互信任、相互理解的新型的平等、民主、合作关系。
3 多元化的知识结构——精深的专业知识，广博的知识兴趣，较好的文化素养
作为一名教师，特别是一名创新型的骨干教师，要有扎实的基础知识，精深的专业知识和广泛的邻近科学知识。换而言之，就是具有较高的文化素养，精湛的学科知识及广泛的知识兴趣。一个人的创造离不开知识的积累。没有知识做基础，就无法对事物进行想象、判断、归纳、综合。知识是创新的源泉，一般来说，一个人掌握的知识越多越有利于创新。因此教师只有不断地用知识来丰富、充实、提高自己，并使知识转化为智力因素，才可能在教学上有所突破，有所创新。
4 独特性的思维方式
教师要善于用求异思维、发散思维等创新性思维的方法对事物进行分析与思考，并在问题的设置上，表现出创新性思维的特点，在内容的讲解上有深度和富有启发性。在这方面，教师可以通过学习有关创新学的理论知识和方法，来掌握开发人的创新能力的方法，并培养自己适用创新性思维的方法分析和思考问题的习惯，开发自身的创造力，以利于发挥更重要的作用。
5 科研型的教学能力
创新型的教师必须是科研型的教师，因为教育科学研究能够提高教师的教育科研意识，改变传统教师的角色。中小学教师通过实地调查、实验研究、筛选经验、科学论证，实现着教育工作的科学化。在这个过程中，教师的教育教学工作将由“经验型”转向“科研型”、由“教书型”转向“专家型”与“学者型”。
因此教师必须努力更新观念，大幅度提高整体素质，尽快在思想、业务水平、行动上与创新教育接轨，全面实施起“功在当代、利在千秋”的创新教育。为民族进步，祖国兴旺发达培养会学习、会做人、会创新、会创造、有创新精神和实践能力的四有新人而努力。
