目的了解哈尔滨市售生肉中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的污染状况。方法将显色培养基法、API试剂条法和PCR法联合应用对哈尔滨市售128份生肉进行单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的分离鉴定。结果共分离出单核细胞增生性李斯特菌18株,检出率为14.06%。其中生猪肉检出率最高,达20.00%。结论哈尔滨市售生肉中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌污染状况比较严重,应引起有关部门的重视,加强管理和监测。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes in the raw meat of Harbin. Methods The chromogenic medium method, API reagent strip method and PCR method were used to isolate and identify Listeria monocytogenes in 128 raw meat samples from Harbin. Results 18 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated and the detection rate was 14.06%. The highest detection rate of raw pork, up to 20.00%. Conclusion The contamination of Listeria monocytogenes in the raw meat of Harbin is rather serious, which should be paid more attention by relevant departments to strengthen the management and monitoring.
