人常说:“火车跑得快,全靠车头带”。我们党28年革命和40年建设的历史证明,要把中国的事情办好,没有中国共产党的领导不行;而党的领导是否坚强有力,又取决于党的领导班子建设得如何。我们回顾过去,可以得出这样的结论:从党的各级领导班子来说,没有哪个领导班子坚强正确而工作搞得不好的,也没有哪个领导班子软弱涣散、瞎指挥而又工作搞得好的。所以,要把我们党建设好,真正成为领导全国各族人民建设有中国特色的社会主义的坚强核心,关键还在于首先把各级领导班子建设好。这是为什么呢?很明显的道理就是,一是领导班子好,才能使中央和上级的路线、方针、政策得到及时正确的贯彻落实,才能使下面的实际情况及时反映上去,有效地克服人们所说的“中间梗塞”的状况;二是只有领导班子好,工作中出现的各种问题,才能有人抓,有人管,从而得到及时有力的纠正,不使问题成堆,避免工作中的失误。总之,只有把领导班子建设好,才能真正使上级放心,使下级顺心,各项工作才会搞得好。
