目的探讨BMSCs对消化道损伤的修复作用及其机制。方法查阅近年来关于BMSCs对消化道损伤修复作用的文献,并进行回顾和综合分析。结果BMSCs具有自我复制、增殖和多向分化潜能,在消化道损伤修复中作用重大。其可能作用机制为BMSCs能迁移至消化道损伤组织,抑制宿主免疫应答;去分化和再分化;直接分化为消化道上皮干细胞或消化道上皮细胞;与消化道上皮干细胞或成熟上皮细胞融合;参与损伤后微环境的重建。结论BMSCs参与消化道损伤修复,在消化系统疾病的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the repair effect and mechanism of BMSCs on digestive tract injury. Methods To review the literatures about the repair effect of BMSCs on digestive tracts in recent years, and to review and analyze them comprehensively. Results BMSCs have the potential of self-replication, proliferation and multi-directional differentiation, and play a significant role in the repair of digestive tract injuries. The possible mechanism is that BMSCs can migrate to digestive tract injury tissues and inhibit the host immune response; dedifferentiation and re-differentiation; direct differentiation into gastrointestinal epithelial stem cells or gastrointestinal epithelial cells; fusion with gastrointestinal epithelial stem cells or mature epithelial cells; Reconstruction of microenvironment after injury. Conclusion BMSCs are involved in the repair of gastrointestinal injury and have broad application prospects in the treatment of digestive diseases.
