长期以来,由于种种原因,成人高等教育严重地打上普通高教的烙印。许多学校为了生存和发展,把主要精力放在如何根据市场需要,设法开设各种专业,多招收些学生;把主要财力用于改善基础设施和改善生活条件;把主要的人力忙于周而复此进行“压缩”了的普高教材的教学以及维持学校正常秩序。在教学改革这个根本性问题上,不能根据成人高等教育的特点和培养目标,采取行之有效的措施,逐步走出普教化的误区。因此,成人教育要发展,办出自身特色,必须从以下几个方面进行改革。

They have used their major financial resources to improve infrastructure and improve living conditions. They have kept the main manpower busy with the “ Compressed ”the teaching of general high textbooks and maintain the normal order of the school. On the fundamental issue of teaching reform, we can not take the effective measures according to the characteristics and training objectives of adult higher education and gradually step out of the misunderstanding of universal education. Therefore, if adult education needs to develop and make its own characteristics, we must reform from the following aspects.
