[目的]探讨体验式分娩联合心理护理对初产妇心理健康、自然分娩率及健康知识掌握情况的影响.[方法]选取 2017 年 1 月至 2018 年 1 月在本院分娩的初产妇 288 例,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组 144 例.对照组仅实施心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用体验式分娩.比较两组产妇产程时间、分娩方式、健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度及干预前后焦虑抑郁状态.[结果]观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程及总产程明显短于对照组(P 0.05),观察组产妇自然分娩率为 70.83%,明显高于对照组的 56.25%(P <0.05);干预后两组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较干预前低,且观察组评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05 );观察组产妇对健康知识掌握的优良率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05).[结论]体验式分娩联合心理护理可缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,改善初产妇不良情绪,更好掌握健康知识,保障护理质量,具有推广应用价值.“,”[Objective]To explore the effects of experiential delivery combined with psychological nursing on mental health,natural delivery rate and health knowledge of primipara.[Methods]Two hundred and eight-y-eight cases of primipara delivered in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divid-ed into observation group and control group according to random number table method,144 cases in each group.The control group was only given psychological nursing,while the observation group was given experi-ential delivery on the basis of the control group.The duration of labor,mode of delivery,health knowledge, nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.[Results]The first,second and total stages of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P 0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 70.83%,which was significantly higher than 56.25% in the control group (P <0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05);the excellent rate of health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfac-tion of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05).[Conclusion]Expe-riential delivery combined with psychological nursing can shorten the labor process,improve the natural deliv-ery rate,improve the bad mood of primipara,better grasp health knowledge,and ensure the quality of nurs-ing.It has the value of popularization and application.
