培养学生的自主学习能力是小学语文教学的重要任务,也是教育工作者应该关注和重视的问题。尽管很多教育工作者认识到培养学生自主学习能力的作用,在教学中也尝试应用有效方法来调动学生参与课堂活动的主动性,但由于受到师资队伍、思想观念、考核评价等因素制约,小学语文教学中对学生自主学习能力的培养存在不足。为改变这种情况,笔者结合教学实际情况,认为今后应该采取以下改进对策。一、营造和谐课堂氛围,唤起自主学习意识
