目的了解南京市六合区农村高血压患者的体质类型分布,为高血压病患者的养生及疾病的预防、治疗等提供参考依据。方法在六合区程桥乡随机选择1300例45岁以上的村民进行实地调查,测量血压,了解病史,发现高血压患者467例,于血压正常者中随机抽取122例作为对照。采用问卷调查的方法确定高血压患者的体质类型分布,并与血压正常者的体质分布进行比较,使用Excell软件处理数据。结果高血压患者与血压正常者的体质构成分别为平和质73例(15.63%)、31例(25.41%);气虚质115例(24.63%)、17例(13.93%);阳虚质109例(23.34%)、26例(21.31%);阴虚质24例(5.14%)、4例(3.28%);痰湿质53例(11.35%)、15例(12.30%);湿热质64例(13.70%)、20例(16.39%);瘀血质5例(1.07%)、1例(0.82%);气郁质15例(3.21%)、6例(4.92%);特禀质9例(1.93%)、2例(1.64%)。其中高血压患者平和质构成比显著高于血压正常者(P<0.01),气虚质显著低于血压正常者(P<0.05)。结论南京市六合区农村周边老年高血压病患者中偏于气虚及阳虚体质的人群占多数,该地区农村高血压疾病的获得与气虚体质有着明显的联系,应与农村所处生活环境、饮食习惯等有关,另此次测量在时间上处于冬季,对于血压的测量结果、体质类型的表现形式也有一定程度上的影响。
Objective To understand the physical distribution of rural hypertensive patients in Liuhe District of Nanjing City, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and health in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 1300 villagers over the age of 45 years were selected randomly from Liuqiao Qiaoqiao Township for field investigation. Blood pressure was measured and medical history was observed. A total of 467 hypertension patients were found, of whom 122 were randomly selected as normal controls. A questionnaire survey was used to determine the type of physique in hypertensive patients and compared with those with normotensive subjects. Excell software was used to process the data. Results There were 73 cases (15.63%) and 31 cases (25.41%) with mild constitution in 115 cases (24.63%), 17 cases (13.93%) and 109 cases (23.34%) and 26 cases (21.31%). There were 24 cases (4.14%) of yin deficiency and 4 cases (3.28%) of phlegm and dampness, 53 cases (13.70%) and 20 cases (16.39%). There were 5 cases (1.07%) of stasis and 1 case (0.82% Cases (1.93%), 2 cases (1.64%). The constitutional ratio of hypertension was significantly higher in patients with hypertension than those with normal blood pressure (P <0.01), Qi deficiency was significantly lower than those with normal blood pressure (P <0.05). Conclusions The majority of elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas around Liuhe District in Nanjing are biased towards Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency constitution. There is a clear connection between access to rural hypertension and Qi deficiency constitution in this area, which should be related to the living environment in rural areas, diet Habits and other related, the other in this time of measurement in winter, for the measurement of blood pressure, physical form of expression also has a certain degree of impact.
