上海市机械制造工艺研究所压铸车间,经过反复实践,终于使加氧压铸法成功地运用到铝合金压铸工艺中。从而使压铸件能够进行热处理,保证了压铸件的质量,提高了性能。加氧压铸法是将氧气充入模具型腔,以取代原来在型腔中的空气而进行压铸的一种新技术、新工艺。当压铸时,模具型腔内的熔融铝合金与加入的氧气化合生成氧化铝(Ar_2O_3)微粒,这些氧化铝微粒分布压铸件中,不影响其机械性能。
Shanghai Institute of Machinery Manufacturing Die Casting Workshop, after repeated practice, finally make oxygen die casting method successfully applied to the aluminum die-casting process. So that the die-casting heat treatment can be carried out to ensure the quality of die-casting, improved performance. Oxygen pressure die casting method is filled with oxygen into the mold cavity to replace the original cavity in the air and die casting a new technology, new technology. When casting, the molten aluminum alloy in the mold cavity is combined with added oxygen to form alumina (Ar_2O_3) particles. These alumina particles are distributed in the die casting without affecting the mechanical properties.
