古代兵家非常重视“势”在战争中的作用。其“势”的理论渗透着深奥的领导艺术和工作方法,无疑对于我们驾驭县域经济发展有一定的指导意义和深刻的启示。在加快发展县域经济的进程中,我认为,作为县级领导决策层,必须十分重视“势”的形成和运用,特别在当今风云变幻的市场经济新形势下,更需依势而为,拥势而动,乘势而上,做好“势”字文章,求得县域经济新一轮的发展与跨越。
