我厂M417～750公斤空气锤,发现导承下端开裂,且裂纹逐渐发展,为避免事故,被迫停产,停产时开裂情况如图1示。因为它是一个尺寸较大(最大外径为φ860毫米,总高为550毫米),重量较重(730公斤)、且形状较复杂的零件,若更换新的,从做木模到装配投产,预计要一至一个半月之久。为尽快修复投产,我们采用了套子加固法,只用了几天时间,修好投产,至今已工作了几个月(每天两班),使用情况良好,裂纹未继续发展,初
