杨克里斯特·杨森(Jan-Christer Janson)杨克里斯特·杨森,瑞典籍,男,1938年7月生。国际著名生物分离科学家,瑞典乌普萨拉大学教授,乌普萨拉皇家科学院院士。由中国科学院推荐。冲村宪树(Okimura Kazuki)冲村宪树,日本籍,男,1940年7月生。长期任职于日本文部科学省,曾任研究开发局局长、科学技术政策研究所所长、官房长官、科学审议官(副部级)等职,并获日本国家公务员最高奖“瑞宝重光章”。由中国驻日本大使馆推荐。
