维生素D_3显示的生物活性与激素相似,它与细胞遗传组分相互作用,诱导特殊蛋白质的生物合成,因此可以认为是激素.它的代谢物25-羟基胆钙甾醇(25-OHD_3),24,25-二羟基胆钙甾醇〔24,25-(OH)_2D_3〕和1,25-二羟基胆钙甾醇〔1,25-(OH)_2D_3〕实际上也是激素.作者用TLC,HPLC和竞争放射化学方法测定生长在南斯拉夫两种松树(Pinus nigra Ar和Pinussylvestris L)花粉中未结合的维生素D_2、D_3和其代谢物25-OHD_3、24,25-(OH)_2D_3和1,25-(OH)_2D_3.结果表明花粉中维生素D(D_2,D_3)量约2μg/10g.
Vitamin D_3 shows biological activity similar to that of hormones, it interacts with cytogenetic components and induces the biosynthesis of specific proteins and is therefore considered as a hormone whose metabolite 25-hydroxycholecalciferol (25-OHD_3), 24, 25-dihydroxy cholecalciferol [24,25- (OH) _2D_3] and 1,25-dihydroxy cholecalciferol [1,25- (OH) _2D_3] are in fact also hormones.Using TLC, HPLC and competitive radioactivity Chemically, unbound vitamin D 2, D_3 and its metabolites 25-OHD_3,24,25- (OH) _2D_3 and 1,25- (OH) 2 were detected in the pollen of two species of Yugoslavia (Pinus nigra Ar and Pinussylvestris L) The results showed that the amount of vitamin D (D_2, D_3) in pollen was about 2μg / 10g.
