将草珊瑚凉干、粉碎、过筛,制成粉末,先用灰化法对草珊瑚样品进行金属元素灰化富集,再用火焰原子吸收法测定草珊瑚中微量元素锌的含量。在选择测定波长后,通过L9(34)正交设计,研究了燃烧器高度、灯电流大小、狭缝宽度、空气和乙炔的流量比对测试结果的影响。最佳的测试条件为:吸收波长为213.9nm,燃烧器高度为7mm,灯电流为2.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.4nm,乙炔、空气流量比为1.0/6.5。分析结果表明:在最佳实验条件下,锌含量在0.0~1.0μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,加标回收率为96.7%~101%,所建立方法的相对标准偏差为0.06%~0.14%,相对误差小于1.7%,结果令人满意。
The grass coral was dried, crushed and sieved to make a powder. Ash metallization was used to enrich the turfgrass samples. Then the content of trace element zinc in the grass coral was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. After selecting the measurement wavelength, the effects of burner height, lamp current size, slit width, and flow ratio of air and acetylene on the test results were studied through L9 (34) orthogonal design. The best test conditions were: absorption wavelength 213.9 nm, burner height 7 mm, lamp current 2.0 mA, slit width 0.4 nm, acetylene, air flow ratio 1.0/6.5. The results showed that under the optimal experimental conditions, the zinc content was linear in the range of 0.0-1.0μg/mL, the correlation coefficient r was 0.9991, and the recovery rate of standard addition was 96.7%-101%. The relative standard deviation of the method was established. It is 0.06%-0.14% and the relative error is less than 1.7%. The result is satisfactory.
