本文讨论了麦饭石在骨折愈合过程中对胶原和钙含量的影响。24只家兔经双桡骨人工骨折后,随机分甩药、对照两组,用药组每天喂麦饭石水溶液5ml,对照组每天喂生理盐水5ml,分别在5、9、13、17、21、30天宰杀。取出双桡骨中段缺损部的全部骨痂,测定胶原和钙的含量,结果表明用药组胶原含量呈抛物状上升,钙含量呈直线上升,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验说明麦饭石有利于胶原形成与钙盐沉积,提示麦饭石有促进骨折愈合作用。
This article discusses the effect of medical stone on collagen and calcium levels during fracture healing. Twenty-four rabbits were subjected to artificial fractures of the two iliac bones and were randomly assigned to medicine and control. The drug group was fed with 5 ml of Maifanshi solution each day, and the control group received 5 ml of normal saline every day. The levels were 5, 9, 13, 17, and 21 respectively. 30 days slaughter. All osteophytes in the mid-segment of the two tibias were removed and the collagen and calcium contents were measured. The results showed that the collagen content of the drug group increased parabolically and the calcium content increased linearly, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The experimental results show that Maifan stone is conducive to collagen formation and calcium deposition, suggesting that Maifan stone can promote fracture healing.
