本文报道15个抗瘤酮A_(10)衍生物对临床分离的六株肿瘤的抑制活性测定结果,比较了它们同临床常用抗癌药物对临床分离的食道癌89111的抑制活性,并对比测定了化合物4、7和9同抗瘤酮A_1。对小鼠S_(160)瘤株的抑制活性。
This article reports the results of the inhibition activity of 15 anti-tumor ketone A_(10) derivatives on six clinically isolated tumors. The inhibitory activities of these anti-cancer drugs commonly used in the clinical isolation of esophageal cancer 89111 were compared and compared. Compounds 4, 7 and 9 are identical to anti-tumor ketone A_1. Inhibitory activity against mouse S_(160) tumor strains.
