山西省于1995年7月1日起为每个参加基本养老保险社会统筹的企业职工建立了个人帐户,并于1996年7月1日首次向全省180万企业职工公布个人帐户。这项工作做得究竟如何?省社会劳动保险公司组成4个检查组,由4位经理带队,分赴全省11个地(市),深入县(区)、企业进行了实地考察。 当赵金枝经理率领我们这一组到这晋中地区时,地区社会保险所的同志向我们介绍:“寿阳县公布个人帐户的工作,搞得既轰轰烈烈,又扎扎实实,成效显著。”闻听此言,我们一行未及喘息立即赶赴寿阳县。
Since July 1, 1995, Shanxi Province has set up a personal account for each enterprise employee participating in the social pooling of basic endowment insurance and on July 1, 1996, it first released personal accounts to 1.8 million enterprise workers across the province. The work of how to do? Provincial social labor insurance company composed of four inspection teams, led by four managers, went to the province’s 11 prefectures (cities), in-depth counties (districts), enterprises conducted a field visit. When the manager Zhao Jinzhi led us to this Jinzhong area, the comrades of the regional social insurance offices introduced to us: “The work of promulgating individual accounts in Shouyang County has made both vigorous efforts and solid achievements with remarkable results.” Listen to this remark, our party immediately went to Shouyang without breathing.
