我国是一个以农业为基础的农业大国,有9亿多农民。因此,搞好农村党支部建设,对于深化农村改革,大力发展农村经济,促进社会稳定,开创农村工作新局面,实现农村社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设,有着现实和深远的意义。一、现阶段农村党支部的基本状况和存在的问题农村党支部是党在农村中的基层组织,是党联系广大群众的桥梁。因此,农村党支部也是带领群众发展经济和现代化建设的战斗堡垒。实际上,现阶段农村党支部建设的基本状况如何呢?根据调查分析,基本可分为三种类型,并呈现“两少一多”状况,即一类(好的)、三类(差的)支部偏少,二类(一般化)支部偏多。

In fact, what are the basic conditions for the construction of party branches in rural areas at this stage?
