煤矿井下移动式设备瓦斯监控系统中采用了嵌入式系统、ZigBee 无线技术及传感器技术等。该系统中的移动采集设备可以实时的监测并显示瓦斯浓度,同时将数据无线传输到固定设备上,固定设备记录数据并形成历史曲线供分析使用,如果瓦斯浓度超过安全设定值,系统声光报警同时触动继电器完成对井下大型移动式设备的断电并闭锁,当瓦斯含量降到标准以下时,自动复电后可以恢复生产,有效避免瓦斯事故的发生
Coal mine mobile equipment gas monitoring system uses embedded systems, ZigBee wireless technology and sensor technology. The system’s mobile collection device can monitor and display the gas concentration in real time, meanwhile wirelessly transmit the data to the fixed device. The fixed device records the data and forms the historical curve for analysis. If the gas concentration exceeds the safety set value, the system sound and light Alarm at the same time touch the relay to complete the large underground mobile equipment power down and lock, when the gas content dropped below the standard, the automatic re-power can resume production, effectively prevent the occurrence of gas accidents
