目的 :探讨羧甲基壳聚糖锌多肽复合材料(carboxymethyl chitosan zinc and peptide,CMC-Zn~+-P)能否有效减缓牙周组织炎症的发生及发展,寻求一种能够有效防治牙周病的新型材料。方法:以巴马小型猪为实验对象,随机分为4组,空白对照组、羧甲基壳聚糖锌多肽复合材料组(材料组)、刷牙组以及刷牙+羧甲基壳聚糖锌多肽复合材料组(复合组)。收集实验起始时及实验进行1个月后的龈沟液,以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测龈沟液中IL-1、TNF-α和PGE-2的含量,同时记录临床牙周指数;将得到的数据录入SPSS18.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果 :实验起始时,各组中IL-1、TNF-α和PGE-2的含量及临床检查指标均无显著差异。实验1个月后,复合组中IL-1、TNF-α和PGE-2的含量均显著低于其他3组(P<0.008);刷牙组和材料组的IL-1、TNF-α和PGE-2含量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.008);刷牙组中,IL-1的含量显著低于材料组(P<0.008),PGE-2的含量显著高于材料组(P<0.008),而TNF-α的含量无显著差异(P>0.008)。另外,4组之间的牙结石指数差异显著(P<0.05),其中,复合组牙结石指数显著低于其他3组,刷牙组和材料组显著低于空白对照组。结论:羧甲基壳聚糖锌多肽复合材料能够有效减轻牙周组织炎症,减缓牙结石沉积,与刷牙配合效果更佳。

The content of IL-1 in brushing group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.008), PGE-2 content was significantly higher than that of the control group , While the content of TNF-α showed no significant difference (P> 0.008). In addition, there was a significant difference in the calculus index between the four groups (P <0.05). Among them, the calculus index in the composite group was significantly lower than that in the other three groups, and the brushing group and the material group were significantly lower than the blank control group. Conclusion: The carboxymethyl chitosan zinc peptide composite can effectively reduce periodontal tissue inflammation, slow down the deposition of dental calculus and work well with brushing.
