沈阳机电设计院研制成功一种激光光洁度测量仪。这种测量仪可以很方便的检测磨削工件表面光洁度等级。该仪器测量准确直观,结构简单,携带和操作都很方便。可以测量▽_7～▽_(14)的平面,▽_7～▽_(14)的直径在φ10以上的园柱面磨削工件。经半年多的使用说明,工作稳定,测量准确。现已小批量投产。测量仪分二部分;一部分由激光器,及聚焦光学系统组成测量部分。一部分由光电转换,前置放大,对数运算电路组成信号处理部分。
Shenyang Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Design successfully developed a laser finish meter. This kind of measuring instrument can be very convenient to check the surface finish grade of the grinding workpiece. The instrument is accurate and intuitive measurement, the structure is simple, easy to carry and operate. It is possible to measure the plane of ▽ _7 to ▽ _ (14), and the workpiece is ground on a cylindrical surface having a diameter of φ10 or above in a range of ▽ _7 to ▽ _ (14). After more than six months of use instructions, work stability, accurate measurement. Now small quantities put into production. The measuring instrument is divided into two parts; one part consists of the laser and the focusing optical system to form the measuring part. Part of the photoelectric conversion, pre-amplification, logarithm operation circuit composed of signal processing section.
