培养医学生良好的职业素养是医学教育的要求,也是社会发展的要求。结合生理学实验课的特点,阐述了通过生理学实验课培养高职医学生三个方面职业素养的探索和实践。培养医学生的职业素养值得每一个医学院校的教师去探索和实践。
Training medical students’ good professional accomplishment is the requirement of medical education and also the requirement of social development. Combined with the characteristics of the physiology experiment class, this paper expounds the exploration and practice of cultivating the vocational qualifications of the three aspects of medical students through the physiology experiment class. Cultivating the professional qualifications of medical students is worth every medical school teacher to explore and practice.
