为满足社会对高职院校学生数量和质量的要求,近年来高职院校开始尝试将精细化管理运用在高职院校教学管理中,以此提升自身的教学效果。针对现阶段高职院校管理中存在的问题,对精细化管理在高职院校教学管理中的实践运用展开探讨,为高职院校教学质量的优化做出努力。
In order to meet the requirements of the society for the number and quality of students in higher vocational colleges, in recent years, higher vocational colleges have begun to try their best to improve their teaching effectiveness by applying refined management in teaching management in higher vocational colleges. In view of the problems existing in the management of higher vocational colleges at present, this paper discusses the practice and application of elaborate management in the teaching management in higher vocational colleges and makes efforts to optimize the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
