一、概述洛惠渠灌区位于陕西省关中平原东部,北洛河下游,1934年初动工兴建,1950年灌溉受益,灌溉着大荔、蒲城、澄城三县三个国营农场的75万亩耕地。灌区西起蒲城西延铁路,东至大荔黄河老岸;北由澄城县(氵状)头筑坝引水,南到洛河岸;西南部与交口抽渭灌区毗连,东北部和抽黄灌区接壤;北洛河从灌区中部穿过,将灌区分为洛东、洛西两大部分,洛西是一九七一年发展的新灌区,洛东则是以大荔为主的老灌区。
I. Introduction Luohuiqu Irrigation District is located in the east of the Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province and in the lower reaches of the North Luo River. It started construction in early 1934 and benefited from irrigation in 1950 to irrigate 75 million mu of cultivated land in three state-owned farms in Dali, Pucheng and Chengcheng . The Irrigation District west of Pucheng Xiyan Railway, east to the old Dali Yellow River; north of Chengcheng County (氵 shaped) head dams diversion, south Luo River bank; southwest and Jiaokou Wei irrigation district adjoining the northeast and pumping yellow irrigation area North Luohe passes through the middle of the irrigation area and divides the irrigation area into two parts, Luodong and Losy. Lassie is a new irrigation area developed in 1971. Luodong is an old irrigation area dominated by Dali.
