在我国灌溉工程的经济评价工作中,对于农业增产效益的分摊计算,按《水利经济计算规范》(报批稿)的规定,要求采用分摊系数法.我国东部半湿润、半干旱地区,灌溉效益分摊系数一般为0.2~0.6,平均约0.4左右.这个规定适用地区广泛,浮动范围较大,对某流域内的莱一项具体灌溉工程来讲,这个系数较难选定,影响经济分析的效果和工程方案的优选. 本文结合水电部水利水电规划设计院在邢台地区进行的农田灌溉增产效益试验研究,根据试验获得的资料,初步分析和探讨了灌溉效益分摊系数的计算方法,以及在本区自然条件下分摊系数的取值范围.并对试验中的问题提出了一些看法和建议.
