本文介绍了纹杆、板齿和钉齿脱粒装置形成小麦断穗的规律,探讨了脱粒装置的结构参数和工作参数对脱粒性能的影响,提出了对不同脱粒装置选择合理的参数,控制断穗率、提高脱粒机综合工作指标、减少损失的途径。试验证明:纹杆、板齿和钉齿单滚筒脱粒装置都可达到一次脱净的目的;改变结构与工作参数,可控制总断穗率,并可改变凹板断穗率与夹带断穗率的比例关系;通过对小麦断穗形成规律和控制方法的研究,也可为清选和分离流程提供设计依据。
