1986年,我场从哈尔滨农业机械厂引进2台2BY—6型玉米精密点播机,该机能进行精量点播,种子分布均匀,株距可调,播深一致,并且开沟、下种、施肥、覆土、镇压一次完成;不足的是该机不能分层深施肥,垄型不明显,不能进行中耕。为此,我们将该机的播种单体移植到海伦农机修造厂生产的龙江—6型播种机上,经过改装,既保持了原机的优点,又增加了龙江—6型播种机的特点(见改装示意图)。
In 1986, we introduced 2 sets of 2BY-6 corn precision point-sowing machines from Harbin Agricultural Machinery Factory, which can carry out precision on-demand, uniform seed distribution, adjustable spacing, consistent sowing depth, Cover soil, the suppression of a complete; lack of the machine can not be stratified deep fertilization, ridge type is not obvious, can not be cultivated. To this end, we transplanted the sowing machine of the machine to the Longjiang -6 sowing machine produced by Helen Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory. After modification, it not only maintains the advantages of the original machine but also increases the characteristics of Longjiang -6 sowing machine (See the modified diagram).
