随着近些年来，高校的不断扩招，我国大学生人数不断增长，再加上国际金融危机的影响，高校毕业生在就业方面面临着前所未有的压力。就业部门的就业管理模式不合理，事业单位的招聘制度不公正，加上毕业生群体自身的一些原因使得大学生就业问题逐渐受到社会的广泛关注。本文根据当前社会发展的实际情况，指出了大学生在就业方面所面临的问题，并给出了这些问题产生的原因，提出一些解决问题的对策，希望为高校毕业生就业提供一些帮助。“,”In recent years, the continuous enrollment, the number of college students in China is constantly increasing, coupled with the impact of the international financial crisis, college graduates are faced with hitherto unknown pressure in employment. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the social development, points out that college students are faced with in their employment problems, and gives the reasons of these problems, puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, hoping to provide some help for the college graduates employment.
