福田公司信息化建设是IT与管理相结合的模式.综合管理部为公司信息化建设的核心部门,下设五个科室:系统管理科、综合计划科、项目管理科、IT科和网络应用科,分别行使各自不同的职能职责,并且公司信息建设服务体系的组织结构统一规划,打破了以前的“信息孤岛”格局,形成一套复合型信息系统人才培养体系,共同负责公司的信息化建设. 2003年之前的福田公司,信息化基础还很薄弱,整个公司的信息化队伍才5个人,也谈不上什么应用,公司发一份通知,要一个工作人员花半天
