不同于普通高等院校的学生,高职院校学生有其自身的特点。为了对高职学生开展素质教育和技能教育,规范高职学生的行为,全面提高其综合素质和岗位技能。应以“三自教育”为根本(即自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的实践管理模式),树立以学生为本的教学新理念。组织高职生开展“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的教育实践活动,是引导学生转变角色,提高其综合职业能力适应新式教育的重要实践。本文从高职学生的特点分析入手,通过“三自教育”的概念厘定,探讨高职学生特点与“三自教育”有机结合共建教育管理新模式的策略。
Different from ordinary higher education students, students in higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics. In order to carry out quality education and skills education for vocational students, standardize the behavior of students in higher vocational colleges, and comprehensively improve their overall quality and job skills. Should be based on “three self-education ” as the basic (self-education, self-management, self-service practice management model), establish a new concept of student-based education. It is an important practice to guide students to change their roles and improve their comprehensive occupational ability to adapt to new-style education by organizing higher vocational students to carry out their educational practice of “self-education, self-management and self-service.” This article begins with the analysis of the characteristics of vocational students, through the concept of “three self-education” to determine the characteristics of higher vocational students and “three self-education ” and organically combine education strategy to build a new model.
