目的了解不同浓度的消毒粉在不同时间对人型结核杆菌的杀灭效果。方法用有效氯含量分别为50、100、200、500、1 000、2 000、5 000、10 000 mg/L的消毒粉,作用于人型结核杆菌,在5、10、15、20、25、30、45、60 min时,接种于改良罗氏培养基上,根据菌落的生长情况,以此来判定杀灭效果。结果作用5、10 min时,所有浓度消毒粉均无作用;15 min时,含量分别为5 000、10 000 mg/L的消毒粉全部杀灭人型结核杆菌;20 min时,含量分别为1 000 mg/L以上浓度的消毒粉对人型结核杆菌全部杀灭作用;30 min时,含量分别为200 mg/L以上浓度的消毒粉全部杀灭作用;60 min时,有效氯含量为100 mg/L以上浓度的消毒粉全部杀灭作用;含量为50 mg/L的消毒粉不能杀灭人型结核杆菌。结论在日常工作中,有效氯含量为100 mg/L的消毒粉,作用60 min或含量为200 mg/L以上的消毒粉,作用30 min后来消除人型结核杆菌造成地面污染。
Objective To understand the killing effect of different concentrations of disinfectant on human Mycobacterium tuberculosis at different times. Conclusion In daily work, disinfectant with effective chlorine content of 100 mg / L, disinfectant with content of 200 mg / L or more for 60 min or 30 min after disinfection could eliminate surface contamination caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
