目的:测算湖北省公立医院住院基本药事服务成本,为合理制订药事服务费收取标准提供科学依据。方法:通过文献法和专家咨询法收集住院药事服务项目、服务时间和成本测算方法等有关资料;通过现场调查法收集9家医院住院药事服务成本财务报表数据;采用实际成本和标准成本测算方法测算湖北省公立医院住院基本药事服务成本。结果:三甲医院每床日住院基本药事服务成本为33.99元,二甲医院每床日住院基本药事服务成本为21.98元。结论:药事服务成本测算方法还有待进一步完善;住院基本药事服务费收取标准应根据各地实际情况而定。
OBJECTIVE: To estimate the cost of inpatient essential medical services in public hospitals in Hubei Province and to provide a scientific basis for the rational formulation of standard charges for medical service fees. Methods: Collecting information about service items of hospital pharmacy, service time and cost estimation method through literature method and expert consultation method; collecting 9 financial data of hospital medical service cost by on-the-spot investigation; using actual cost and standard cost Methods Calculate the cost of inpatient basic medical services in public hospitals in Hubei province. Results: The cost of hospital basic medicine service per bed per day was 33.99 yuan and the cost of hospital basic medicine service per bed per day was 21.98 yuan. Conclusion: The calculation method of medical service cost needs to be further perfected. The standard of hospital basic medical service fee should be based on the actual situation in different places.
