基于汽车分时驱动和全时驱动整车动力性能要求,研究了分动箱链传动的匹配计算,分析了分动箱在各种典型工况下,其分动箱链条所承受载荷的计算方法,并据此提出安全匹配设计方法。介绍了分动箱链传动的试验方法并分析了试验结果,列举了分动箱选择匹配设计实例。结果表明,汽车分动箱链条的匹配设计在满足汽车分动箱动力分配的前提条件下,可以充分保证链传动系统的疲劳性能和磨损性能,该方法对汽车领域四驱分动箱链传动系统的自主开发具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the requirement of vehicle time-sharing driving and full-time driving vehicle dynamic performance, the matching calculation of transfer case chain drive is studied, and the calculation method of transfer case load chain under various typical working conditions is analyzed , And put forward the safety match design method accordingly. The test method of transfer case chain drive is introduced and the test results are analyzed. The example of transfer case selection matching is given. The results show that the matching design of the car transfer case chain can fully guarantee the fatigue performance and wear performance of the chain drive system under the premise of meeting the power distribution of the car transfer case.
