乡镇卫生院是我国农村三级医疗预防保健网的枢纽,40年来,在保护农村劳动力素质、提高农民健康水平等方面,都取得了举世公认的成就。特别是改革开放以来,乡镇卫生院无论在办院体制、办院方向,还是经营机制方面,都进行了大胆探索,取得了一些新突破。但是,同农村经济、教育等领域相比,乡镇卫生院发展的步伐显得不够协调。 记者在对辽宁省乡镇卫生院状况调查时发现,相当一批乡镇卫生院陷入步履维艰的境地。 危机四伏 辽宁省现有乡镇卫生院1037所。据省卫生厅透露,目前这些卫
Township hospitals are the hub of China’s rural tertiary medical care and prevention network. Over the past 40 years, it has achieved universally recognized achievements in terms of protecting the quality of rural labor and improving the health of farmers. However, compared with the rural economy, education, and other fields, the pace of development of township hospitals appears to be inconsistent. When investigating the situation of township health centers in Liaoning Province, the reporter found that quite a number of township health centers were caught in a difficult situation. There are 1037 township health centers in Liaoning Province. According to the provincial health department, these
