以SD大鼠制成心肌缺血再灌注模型.研究川芎嗪对心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常的防治作用,结果表明:与对照组相比.川芎嗪组再灌注心律失常发生率明显减少(分别为88.88%和11.11%,P<0.01).再灌注性心律失常持续时间明显缩短(分别为55.88±23.98s和2.55±0.45S.P<0.01)。结果提示川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常具有良好的防治作用。
Myocardial ischemia reperfusion model was made with SD rats. To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of tetramethylpyrazine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia. The results showed that: compared with the control group. The incidence of arrhythmia after reperfusion in the Ligustrazine group was significantly reduced (88.88% and 11.11%, respectively, P<0.01). The duration of reperfusion arrhythmia was significantly shortened (55.88±23.98s and 2.55±0.45S.P<0.01, respectively). The results suggest that ligustrazine has good preventive and therapeutic effects on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmias in rats.
