某电厂蒸汽发生器在进行役前涡流检查时发现第3组防振条向冷侧偏移约10°。基于蒸汽发生器管束流致振动专用分析软件GERBOISE分别对防振条偏移前后管束的流弹特性、湍流激励响应以及微振磨损进行计算;通过对比防振条偏移前后的计算结果,评估防振条偏移对管束流致振动和微振磨损的影响。评估结果表明,防振条的偏移不会导致传热管出现不可接受的流致振动和过量的微振磨损。
A power plant steam generator in the pre-service eddy current inspection found that the first group of vibration-proof bar to the cold side offset about 10 °. Based on the GERBOISE special analysis software GERBOISE of steam generator tube bundle, the flow elastic properties, turbulence excitation response and fretting wear of the tube bundle before and after the anti-vibration bar migration were calculated respectively. By comparing the calculation results before and after the anti-vibration bar migration, Effect of strip offset on flow induced vibration and fretting wear. The evaluation results show that the deflection of the anti-vibration strips does not cause unacceptable flow-induced vibration and excessive fretting of the heat-transfer tubes.
