我校青年教师于乃功主持完成的溴素生产物料调控系统于1998年通过省级鉴定.本系统创造性地在自动检测氧化液氧化电位、温度、酸碱度基础上,结合卤水含溴率,以氧化电位作为控制量,采用模糊控制和PID控制技术,自动控制加卤量,达到间接控制配卤率的目的(配卤率控制范围为96%-103%),各项性能指标达到国内领先水平,该溴素生产物料调控系统采用的检测及控制方法属国内首创.该课题的研制成功,圆满解决了原溴素生产过程物料调控方法存在的调节滞后、原料浪费、影响产出率及质量等问题,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益以及广阔的推广应用前景.
