金坑公社是广东省连南瑶族自治县一个瑶族聚居的公社。这个公社所在的地区山高坡陡,林多田少,以经营林业为主。全社山林面积共二十五万多亩,其中森林十八万多亩,占总面积的百分之七十二,水田只有一千五百多亩,占百分之○点六。全社共有社员七百八十八户,三千二百多人,其中劳动力一千四百六十九人。解放十四年来,这个公社共营造杉木林七万多亩。其中采伐迹地及时更新的有三万
Jin Hang commune is a Yao community living in Liannan Yao Autonomous County of Guangdong Province. The area where the commune is located is steep, and there are few forests and more forests.
