历代对桂枝汤能否发汗多有争议。作者认为这主要是因为“发汗”一词在《伤寒论》中常包含或分别指代发汗及溢汗两种意义所造成的。在现代文中桂枝汤发汗应修正为“溢汗”比较合理。
There are many controversies over the history whether Guizhi Tang can sweat or not. The author believes this is mainly because the term “sweating” often comes from or refers to the two meanings of sweating and sweating, respectively, in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Gui Zhi Tang sweating in modern text should be amended as “overflow sweat ” more reasonable.
