目的比较长清产栝楼不同品系果实与种子的性状特征,探讨各特征之间的相关性,为种质资源评价和良种选育提供依据。方法观察、测量果实、种子外部形态特征指标,运用SPSS17统计软件对所获数据进行分析。结果 3个品系果实、种子外观差异明显;单果重、果皮重与种子总重均以Ⅱ号品系最高,为优良品系;不同品系各项指标的变异系数不同,特征变异的92.70%来源于品系间,7.30%来源于品系内;特征指标之间相关性显示,果实越大,果实、果皮与种子总重越大。结论该研究可为栝楼种质资源评价和良种选育提供参考。
Objective To compare the traits of fruits and seeds of different varieties of Tanaba in Changqing, discuss the correlation between the characteristics and provide the basis for germplasm evaluation and seed selection. Methods Observed and measured the morphological characteristics of fruits and seeds, SPSS17 statistical software was used to analyze the data obtained. Results There were significant differences in the appearances of fruits and seeds between the three strains. The weight of single fruit, the weight of pericarp and the total weight of seeds were the highest in No.2 line, and the coefficients of variation of different lines were different. The 92.70% , 7.30% were derived from the lines. The correlation between the characteristic indexes showed that the bigger the fruit, the bigger the total weight of fruit, peel and seed. Conclusion This study may provide a reference for the evaluation of breeding germplasm resources and seed selection in Qionglai.
