根据高校数字图书馆联盟成员馆之间可能存在的知识资源交互贡献关系,对成员馆在知识资源服务中的角色(知识资源寻求者和知识资源贡献者)进行定义,构建联盟内部知识资源流动的网络模型;然后从知识资源利用的角度探讨成员馆在联盟知识资源共建中的成本分摊机制。为充分发挥成员馆在知识资源服务中的积极性,提出将成员馆的优质个性化知识资源纳入联盟共性知识资源建设的范畴,并论述个性知识资源建设中的资助机制。
According to the mutual contribution of knowledge resources that may exist between member libraries of university digital library, we define the role of member libraries in knowledge resource service (knowledge seeker and knowledge resource contributor), and construct the flow of knowledge resources within the alliance Network model. Then from the perspective of the utilization of knowledge resources, this paper discusses the cost sharing mechanism of member libraries in the construction of alliance knowledge resources. In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of member libraries in the service of knowledge resources, this paper puts forward that the high-quality and personalized knowledge resources of member museums should be included in the construction of common knowledge resources of alliance and the funding mechanism in the construction of individual knowledge resources.
