新疆财政农业支出、农业信贷投入与农民收入增长之间存在长期的、稳定的均衡关系。财政农业支出的变动构成农民纯收入增长的因素,农民收入提高对农业信贷投入力度有影响。选用新疆1979～2009年的数据,基于VAR模型运用协整检验、脉冲响应分析、方差分解等方法描述财政农业支出、农业信贷投入与农民收入增长三者之间的关系,根据结果,提出了相应的政策建议。
There is a long-term, stable and balanced relationship between financial and agricultural expenditures in Xinjiang, agricultural credit inputs and peasant income growth. Changes in fiscal agricultural expenditures constitute the factors that increase the net income of farmers. Increasing the income of farmers has an impact on the input into agricultural credit. Based on the data of Xinjiang from 1979 to 2009, the paper uses the cointegration test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to describe the relationship between financial agricultural expenditure, agricultural credit input and peasant income growth based on the VAR model.
